11/12 Essential Kit Assembly & Donation Drive
November 12, 2020 @ 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM PST
Want to find a remote way to support our Orange County community especially during this COVID difficult time? TAP-OC is running a donation drive to collect essential items as our contribution to help Orange County United Way provide impactful support for those most in need!
● Kits/supplies needed are:
– Hygiene Kit – Essential hygiene supplies for local men, women, and children in need. These can be catered to veterans and seniors as well ( ideas: Hand sanitizer, toothbrush, mouth wash, cleaning wipe, dental floss, etc)
– Literacy Kit – Help local elementary students by supplying resources such as books, crayons, activities, pencil/sharpener, pack of construction paper, and other essentials needed for learning.
*** Hygiene items will need to be new. Literacy items don’t necessarily need to be brand new but should be somewhat in good.. functional condition so kids can have a better learning experience with them ***

● How to :
1. it’s good to have 10-12 items in one Hygiene Kit and 6-8 items in one Literacy Kit.
2. Don’t mix hygiene/literacy items in the same box.
3. Pack the kits into clear Ziploc bags.
4. If you have a few more items than your bag can fit, still bring them over and we will do our best to combine all individual items and pack them together at the end.
