01/22 Minute to Win It Virtual Tournament

Brought to you by TAP-OC’s Health & Wellness and Social Programs, this tournament will give contestants the opportunity to compete on teams in a series of fun and active games that last for one minute each. Inspired by the popular TV show, each Minute to Win It game is a bit ridiculous by design, uses common household items, and can be played by anyone regardless of skill. The team at the end with the most points takes home bragging rights and some sweet swag!

Contestants will be randomly assigned into teams of 4-5 members at the beginning of the tournament. For the majority of the games, one person from each team will be selected to compete with the selected contestants from the other teams, while a few games will require total team participation. Activities may include some fitness components.

Items Needed to Participate:
• 1 apple
• 1 cup of uncooked rice
• A pair of chopsticks
• A medium sized bowl
• A small cracker or cookie, such as an Oreo or Ritz cracker (~1.8 inches in diameter)
• A baseball cap
• A fork or spoon
• 25 coins of the same size

After registration closes, participants will be emailed a final list of common household items to have ready during the tournament. All participants must also be willing to show their video during the virtual tournament. How else will we know you’re not cheating??
