05/08 Nature Therapy Hike

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, TAP-OC will be providing an opportunity to decompress from the pressures of the pandemic and reconnect with the Great Outdoors with fellow TAP members at our Nature Therapy Hike! We will be hiking Roller Coaster Loop to Patriot Hill (https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/california/roller-coaster), a 4.7-mile trail with a 787 feet elevation gain near San Clemente/San Juan Capistrano that features flowers, wildlife, ocean views, and a patriotic photo op! This hike is considered moderate and has no shade, so please plan accordingly. Well behaved dogs are welcome!

There is free street parking on Portico del Norte. We will meet in front of the gate at the end of Camino de Los Mares.

After the hike, join us for a picnic and ocean views at nearby Pines Park!
