06/08 Summer Food Bank Service

Summer is here and so is our next community service event! Join TAP-OC as we volunteer at the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. There are a limited number of spots available for volunteers, so be sure to sign up ASAP if you missed our previous events!

We will be helping out by sorting and packaging fresh produce, non-perishable food and food drive items. Together, we are able to fight hunger in our community, one step at a time.

**Directions and Parking**
Please plan to arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to the start of the shift to allow time to check in and begin on time.

**What to Wear and Expect**
>> Closed-toed shoes are required.
>> The temperature in the distribution center is similar to the temperature outside. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing accordingly.
>> It is recommended not bringing any valuable items with you or leave them in your car.
