THE RACE FOR THE CURE IS NOW THE MORE THAN PINK WALK!
You are invited to join TAP-OC as we partner with the Southern California Chapter of North America Taiwanese Women’s Association (NATWA) under the “Team Taiwan” banner in the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk.

4) Join and pay the registration fee.
5) Get ready to beat this 5K!

$25 – All Participants (All ages are welcome)

Team Taiwan will meet at 8:00 AM in front of the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel. We recommend to park at Corporate Plaza (PCH & Newport Center Dr.), walk to the registration/check-in booth to grab your badge, and to walk to our meeting place. There is no need to shuttle. Our race time begins at 9:00 AM sharp. Remember to bring sunscreen and your favorite thirst quencher.
Background Information:
Susan G. Komen is the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. Since 1982, the organization has invested nearly $1 billion to fulfill the promise becoming one of the largest sources of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.
North America Taiwanese Women’s Association-Southern CA Chapter (NATWA-SCA) has been participating in this event since 2005 as “Team Taiwan”. We will love to invite all our friends to participate in this very meaningful activity to help raise funds for the breast cancer research and education. In the meantime, it will also increase the visibility of Taiwan.
