Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋節) with TAP-OC by joining us for mooncake and tea tasting and crafts!
Mid-Autumn is a time for reunion and a celebration for good luck. We will be using Chinese knotting (中國結) to make an ornament that celebrates “togetherness” (團結) and as an auspicious token of abundance, harmony, and luck. Plus, who doesn’t love MOONCAKES? ????
We are extremely delighted to welcome Teacher Chen (陳淑惠老師), who has been teaching at Irvine Chinese School for more than a decade. She will be sharing her Chinese knotting skills and tips with us!
