Mentorship Program 2021

Are you an experienced professional who has the ability to help a young professional? Or are you a young professional who can use some guidance in your career? Taiwanese American Professionals Orange County (TAP-OC) is here to connect people through our mentorship program.
The program is a 3-month commitment from June to August with two phone calls or Zoom sessions per month to monitor mentorship progress.

**The mentorship program is open to all ethnicities and backgrounds. Mentors and mentees are not required to be Taiwanese or speak Mandarin.
